    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using SmartHospital India ("the Platform"), operated by Adyant Tech Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

    2. Description of Service

    SmartHospital India is a cloud-based hospital management software providing OPD management, IPD management, appointment booking, queue display, billing with GST, pathology/ECG/X-Ray/USG management, WhatsApp automation, and related healthcare administration tools.

    3. Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You must be a licensed medical professional or authorized representative to register a clinic.
    • One clinic registration creates one admin account. Additional staff accounts can be created from the dashboard.

    4. Subscription & Billing

    • The Platform offers a 7-day free trial with full feature access.
    • After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued access.
    • Subscription fees are billed as per the selected plan (monthly/annual).
    • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other clinics' data
    • Share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
    • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful files
    • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Platform

    6. Data Ownership

    You retain full ownership of all clinic and patient data entered into the Platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You can export your data at any time using the Backup feature.

    7. Service Availability

    We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, internet outages, or force majeure events.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    SmartHospital India is a management tool and does not provide medical advice. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

    9. Termination

    Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days for export purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
