    Refund Policy

    1. Free Trial

    SmartHospital India offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account will be automatically deactivated — no charges will be applied.

    2. Subscription Payments

    After the free trial, subscriptions are available on monthly and annual plans. Payments are processed securely and a receipt is provided for each transaction.

    3. Refund Eligibility

    • Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund if you are not satisfied with the Platform. No questions asked.
    • After 7 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a pro-rated refund for unused months on annual plans.
    • Monthly plans: No refund for the current billing month. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
    • Annual plans: Pro-rated refund for unused complete months if requested within 30 days of payment.

    4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

    • Account suspended due to Terms of Service violations
    • Failure to use the Platform does not qualify for a refund
    • Add-on services (WhatsApp API credits, custom integrations) are non-refundable

    5. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, please contact us with your registered email, clinic name, and reason for the refund:

    We will process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

    6. Cancellation

    You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Settings page. After cancellation:

    • You retain access until the end of the current billing period
    • Your data is preserved for 90 days for export
    • After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted
