- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, clinic name, and address provided during registration.
- Patient Data: Patient records, medical history, prescriptions, billing details, and diagnostic reports entered by clinic staff.
- Usage Data: Login timestamps, feature usage patterns, device type, and browser information for improving our services.
- Communication Data: WhatsApp messages sent through our automation templates.

- Providing and maintaining the hospital management platform
- Processing appointments, billing, and patient management
- Sending WhatsApp notifications on behalf of your clinic
- Generating analytics and reports for your clinic dashboard
- Creating automated backups to protect your data

4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on secure cloud servers with bank-grade encryption. We implement role-based access controls, audit logging, and automated daily backups. Patient data is isolated per clinic to ensure multi-tenant security.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your clinic or patient data with any third party. Data is only shared with:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (for hosting only, with strict data processing agreements)
- WhatsApp API providers (only when you choose to send notifications)
- Law enforcement (only when legally required by Indian law)
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Backup files follow a 7-day rolling retention policy.
